Q: What are the shipping charges and how do you send orders?
A: We send all orders using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We have researched the best shipping options and believe this is the fastest, and most efficient way to ship our products. We ship international orders using International Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on the order value. For more information about the S&H charges please click here

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We will ship anywhere in the USA, including Hawaii & Alaska. We also ship to all European Union Countries, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. For large orders, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the shipping charges. For smaller orders, we will fulfill your order and ship this using International Priority Mail. Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service by clicking here and enter your confirmation number at the very bottom of this page. As soon as you click “GO” button you will see a page that displays your order details and its status. If your order is shipped, it will display the USPS tracking number. You can check the status of the SHIPMENT on the USPS web site at www.usps.com and enter in the USPS tracking number provided by us into the "Track and Confirm" text box on the USPS home page. Please note that you can easily copy your tracking number or any email text by selecting the text, then pressing the CTRL key and the "C" keys at the same time. Paste that copied text into the text box on the USPS page by pressing the CTRL key and "V" key at the same time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
A: We fulfill all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Normally, if you place an order on Monday - Friday before 5 PM local time (Arizona), your order will be shipped out the next day. The average time for delivery in the USA is 3 – 4 business days. International orders take about 7 days (European Union, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan). Orders to other countries can take between 6 - 10 days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday before 12 noon.

Q: How long does Express Mail delivery take?
A: Express mail delivery is guaranteed to deliver within 2 days anywhere in the USA, including weekends. Normally the delivery takes 2 days. For example, if you order before 12:00 noon local Arizona time, your package will be sent the same day, with delivery possible in most US locations on the next day. In some cases, Express Mail delivery takes three days. If your order is placed after 12:00, with Express Mail Service, the order will be fulfilled and sent the following day, and normally received one or two days after it is shipped.
